Here are some things to know about posting comments on the blog:<\/p>\n

All submitted comments are subject to review before posting for offensive language, naming of political candidates or elected officials, or anything that personally identifies an individual other than yourself.\u00a0 (You may refer to a person by name if you are responding to a comment they posted).<\/p>\n

All submitted comments are subject to editing to remove anything listed above or for spelling and grammar.<\/p>\n

All submitted comments will generally be posted within 24 hours (48 hours maximum unless I am away).<\/p>\n

All submitted comments require your name and email for identification.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The blog is set up for open access for posting comments.\u00a0 Anyone who repeatedly fails to follow these guidelines may be blocked from further commenting.<\/p>\n

You must include your name and email.\u00a0 Your email will not be displayed.\u00a0 Please do not use phony emails.\u00a0 Anyone using phone emails may be blocked.<\/p>\n

I want to let you know I have been received\u00a0a\u00a0significant number\u00a0of spam comments to this blog.\u00a0 Of course, I have not allowed those comments to be posted.\u00a0 Some of the comments have been written beginning with \u201cthanking me\u201d for the writing the blog but then have advertising information in them.\u00a0 If you have written a comment and I have not posted it, it is because it looked like the spam I have been receiving.\u00a0 To ensure posting of comments I ask that in your comment you include a specific reference to something I wrote to show its authenticity as a genuine comment and not spam.<\/p>\n
